  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (nationwide)

At this time, international shipping is not available unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Fexto is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow a few extra business days.

  • For lost or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photos (if applicable)

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses
